Return/ Exchange Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS. We will exchange for another item from the same manufacturer originally purchased excluding the products listed under “GOLD COLLECTION”. A RESTOCKING FEE OF $15 WILL BE INCURRED ON EVERY EXCHANGED PIECE. Please read EXCHANGE POLICY below for detail on exchanges. Any items returned to us without a return for exchange authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted. Any items that are refused and sent back will incur a $35.00 restocking fee PER ITEM, which will be charged to the original form of payment used to place the order. Cancellation of an order 24 hours after it is placed will incur the same $35.00 restocking fee PER ITEM. The balance will be refunded in store credit only.
Credits We do not issue any cash or credit card refunds. Credits are issued through online credit vouchers only. These vouchers are valid for purchase of any of the items in our collection.
Exchange Policy We sell only premium quality new pieces. Therefore: Exchanged wigs or hairpieces must be in original condition as received with tags attached and no damage or wear. Request for exchange must be within 5 business days of receipt of product and have an Return for Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned.
Merchandize accepted for exchange must be received within 3-business day after an RMA number has been issued. You will be notified of your RMA number via email. Return freight charges are pre-paid by the customer.
NOTE:Shipping and handling fees are NON refundable. Collect shipping returns will be refused.
